An experienced investor, owner and advisor, Michael Sullivan has spent his career executing and managing transactions and processes in complicated, dynamic, and contentious situations, with a focus on successful outcomes that maximize return and reduce risk.

His early work as an investment banker advising companies and creditors in financial restructurings followed by his extensive experience as a distressed investor makes him a perfect partner to owners, sponsors and lenders managing complex investments. 

Michael serves as an independent director for companies undergoing M&A processes, financial restructurings, and other operational turnarounds.

He brings an investor’s perspective and takes a hands-on approach, leading special committees and working closely with management, stakeholders, and advisors to help guide a company through difficult and complex circumstances. In all situations he is focused on achieving successful, value-maximizing outcomes for all constituents.
